Midships (No 3 Harbour View) is postioned on the Wharf, one of St Ives' premier locations : just by the waters edge and only a stones throw from the beach and shops.

The entrance to Harbour View Apartments is situated off Mount Zion, up 5 granite steps from the Wharf.

Once inside, there are 7 steps (2 landings) to the 1st floor and then 12 steps to Midships front door.

From the hallway doors lead off to the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Lounge/Dining area, very bright and airy south facing spacious room with a large bay window overlooking the Harbour.

This offers magnicent panoramic views of St Ives town, the entire Harbour, Smeatons Pier and across towards Porthminster Beach, Hayle Towans and beyond... An ideal place to just sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

This spacious room is comfortably furnished with a fabric 3 seater sofa bed, 2 fabric armchairs and a wooden nest of tables. There is also a widescreen LCD TV with Freeview.

If you prefer to dine in, rather than eat out, the dining area has a wooden folding table with 4 chairs. (there are 2 further chairs in the lounge cupboard).

Kitchen, fitted, modern and well equipped with appliances, including electric oven and ceramic hob, extractor/cooker hood and microwave. There is also a fridge with ice box.

Master Bedroom with 4ft 6 divan bed, shelves with bedside lamps. Large wooden chest of drawers, and a very large built in wardrobe with hanging space.

This an extremely bright and airy south facing room with a large bay window overlooking the Harbour, offering spectacular panoramic views of St Ives town, the entire Harbour, Smeatons Pier and out towards St Ives bay and beyond...

Bedroom 2, with 3ft full sized bunk beds, bedside chest of drawers with lamp and large wardrobe with hanging space. This a bright and airy room with a large bay window, offering superb views of the Harbour, Smeatons Pier, Hayle Towans and St Ives bay.

Bathroom, with electric shower over the bath, washbasin and mirror with shaver point and wc.

All beds are ready made for your arrival, with fresh professionally laundered quality bed linen.
